Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to OnCourse Mentors. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnCourse Mentors website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
OnCourse Mentors LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Nature of the Platform
OnCourse Mentors is a career mentorship marketplace. We:
- Connect mentees and mentors for in-person tee time meetings.
- Facilitate communication between users.
- Provide scheduling and coordination tools.
We do not:
- Provide golf instruction.
- Book golf tee times.
- Operate golf courses.
- Employ mentors.
- Guarantee outcomes from mentorship.
- Supervise in-person meetings.
All golf tee times are booked directly with the golf course and are subject to that course's policies.
OnCourse Mentors is a technology platform only.
4. Subscription Fees (Mentees)
Mentees must maintain an active subscription to book mentors. Current pricing:
- $30 per month; or
- $199 per year (paid upfront)
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Refund Policy (Subscriptions): Subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly approved by OnCourse Mentors in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
5. Mentor Participation & Card on File
Mentors must maintain a valid payment method on file in order to be active and available in the marketplace.
OnCourse Mentors does not pay mentors. Mentors participate voluntarily and may receive complimentary golf or course access as arranged independently.
6. No-Show Policy (Mentors)
Mentors who fail to attend a scheduled tee time may be charged a $60 no-show fee.
A no-show may be determined when:
- A mentee reports that the mentor did not attend; or
- The mentor fails to check in through the Platform; or
- The mentor checks in with a location that is an unreasonable distance from the course/business location
The $60 charge will be processed using the payment method on file.
Mentors may contact support to dispute a no-show charge. All disputes are reviewed by OnCourse Mentors staff. Decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made up to three (3) days before the scheduled tee time date without penalty. For full details, see our Cancellation Policy.
Until finalized, OnCourse Mentors reserves the right to review cancellation-related disputes individually.
8. Payments for Golf
OnCourse Mentors does not process golf course payments. All tee time payments, green fees, cart fees, or related charges are handled directly between the Mentee and the golf course.
Any disputes related to golf course charges must be resolved directly with the course.

You agree not to:
