Common questions

Is OnCourse Mentors available in my area? +
We’re launching in the Greater Philadelphia area first and matching mentors and mentees there now. Outside the area? Join the waitlist and we’ll reach out as soon as we expand to your region. Our matching is built around real, in-person rounds — so we’d rather grow the community in one region at a time than spread thin nationally.
How does pricing work? +
Mentees pay a platform subscription of $15/month or $120/year and cover greens fees for both players at the course. Mentees book the course directly and submit confirmation through the platform.
What does the mentor get out of it? +
Mentors get a complimentary round of golf (mentee pays their greens fees), the chance to expand their professional network, and the satisfaction of giving back to their industry.
Do I need to be a good golfer? +
Not at all. Golf simply provides the setting—the focus is on meaningful career conversation. As long as you're comfortable playing a round, you'll have a great experience.
How do I find a mentor in my field? +
Browse our mentor directory and filter by industry, years of experience, and location. Each mentor's profile shows their background and availability.
What industries are available? +
We currently have mentors across Finance, IT/Software, Healthcare, Education, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Human Resources, and more. The list grows as new mentors join.
